From what time can I check-in?

We guarantee your check-in from 3:00 p.m.

At what time do I have to leave the room on the day of departure?

Check-out must be done before 12:00.

Until what date can I cancel my reservation without any cost?

It depends on the dates of the stay. You will find this information about your reservation at the bottom of your reservation confirmation. However, if you have not booked yet, you will find this information highlighted in green when you search on our booking engine.

Is it possible not to pay anything until arrival at the hotel?

Yes, but only in the flexible cancellation policies that explicitly indicate it.

Are there areas where you can smoke?

You can only smoke in duly marked open areas. In the rooms and in the rest of the interior of the hotel you can not smoke.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Pets are not allowed in our establishment.

What is your lost and found policy?

Any object forgotten by one of our clients in our establishment and found by our staff will be sent to reception and kept for 30 days for your claim.

We are 3, can we take a double room?

No, the double room is for two people. For 3 people, you would have to book a triple room or a double room plus a single room.

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, we have parking in our hotel. If you want to reserve a spot, contact us and we will verify availability and price.

Can I change dinner for lunch?

It is possible to make the change if on those dates we offer the lunch option at noon. The change does not have any type of cost.

Is there pool opening hours?

Yes, the pool is open as long as the hotel is open. Opening hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Is there pool/beach towel service?

Yes, towels are left under deposit (cash only) at reception.

Is there a SPA in the hotel?

Yes, in the hotel there is a small spa only for staying guests and at no additional cost.

Do children pay for the stay?

Yes, children pay for the stay. Babies (0-2 years) pay for cot and mash (upon request).

Do you have cots? Are they free?

Yes, there are cots for rent at the hotel. The service is paid. Ask us for availability and prices.

Are there any rooms adapted for the disabled?

Yes, we have an adapted room with an adapted bathroom.

Is there a kettle in the room?

No, however, you can check at reception if there are any left for rent.

Is there a kettle and coffee maker in the room?

Yes, in the room there is a kettle along with a coffee maker. The service is included in the room rate.

No, all the rooms are doubles with a maximum capacity of 2 people.

Our hotel only offers breakfast service. Even so, in the bar you can check the snacks that we offer during the day.

Yes, the pool is open as long as the hotel is open. Opening hours are from 08:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
