Guaranteed check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-in can be done until 11:00 PM. If arriving at the hotel later than this time, the guest must inform the reservations department or reception in advance to arrange it. The necessary information to register all guests will be requested, and full payment for the booking will be required in advance (online). If the guest does not notify and/or refuses to provide the information or make the payment, the reservation will be canceled with no option to reactivate it upon arrival.

According to Royal Decree 933/2021, it is mandatory to provide: full name, gender, identity document number, document type (DNI, passport, TIE), nationality, date of birth, place of habitual residence (full address, city, and country), landline and mobile phone numbers, email address, number of travelers, and the relationship between travelers (in case any are minors), among other details. If you refuse to provide all the information requested at reception for registration, the authorities requiring this information will be notified, and the reservation will be canceled with the corresponding cost of a last-minute cancellation (according to the cancellation policy).
